When will I receive my order?

Local shipping takes 2-3 business days. To ensure plant health, we only ship plants Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit. Accessories can be shipped any business day. International shipping is currently not available for live plants.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship accessories worldwide, but live plants are only available for domestic shipping due to customs regulations. International customers can expect delivery within 7-14 business days for eligible items.

How do you ensure plants arrive safely?

We carefully package each plant with protective materials and use insulated boxes when needed. Plants are secured to prevent movement, and we include heat packs during cold weather. Each plant is inspected for health before shipping.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for accessories in their original condition. Due to their nature, live plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your plants.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all plants and will replace or refund any damaged plants. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Are your plants suitable for beginners?

Yes! Many of our succulents and cacti are perfect for beginners. We mark our easiest-care plants as "Beginner Friendly" and include specific care instructions. Our starter kits come with everything needed for successful plant parenthood.
